Phoned Stephen and he came a couple of days later, took the lock out showed me it was broken then charged £160 for a new lock that took 30 minutes of his time! When the lock was out I had no choice but to have him fix it.

An hour and a half later the job I needed doing was done, to exactly the price mentioned in the initial phone call.

Stephen came as arranged and rectified a long standing window lock problem with the minimum of fuss.Several Double glazing firms were contacted and none seemed interested in a repair.
